Edoardo Gurgo Salice
Edoardo is a native of Italy and has lived in Mexico for over 13 years.
Edoardo currently has a law license in both Mexico and Italy.
He studied and received his law degree from the University of Trento with a specialized degree in International Business Law from the University of Limburg (Holland).
Edoardo has become a Mexican citizen and is the principle of one of the largest law firms in La Paz.
Edoardo currently counts on his roster of clients most of the well know developments in town.
He handles title searches, purchase contracts, esment issues and closings.
He is also the only authorized attorney for First American Title Company in La Paz due to his experience and knowledge of Real Estate Development Law.
Ron Simon
Ron is originally from Israel and first came to Mexico as project manager for the construction of commercial greenhouses for an Israeli firm.
Roni has acted as a project manager in Zambia, Angola, Australia, Greece, Albania, Guatemala, and Israel.
He first landed in Mexico in 2000.
In 2005 Roni was positioned in La Paz, BCS.
He fell in love with La Paz and also saw the potential of the construction industry.
Coming from a family of construction contractors and running a construction company in Israel, combined with the building potential in La Paz, made the decision a “no brainer”.
Through his job and his company he has created many close ties to contractors and labor groups throughout the region, as well as government officials.
Roni has managed numerous developments as small as 3 Hectares and as large as 1,500 Hectares. He has involved in the building of dozens of houses and also owns many hectares in many different parts of Baja Sur.
